By using Arthur, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Arthur is a job-search assistant: it suggests offers, writes applications from the information you provide and helps you track your applications. Arthur guarantees neither an interview nor a hire.
2. Your account
The service is for people aged 16 and over. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use Arthur for misleading applications or on someone else’s behalf without their consent. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
3. Generated content
Documents produced by Arthur are generated automatically from your data. You are their author and responsible for them: read them before sending. You keep all rights to your content.
4. Subscriptions
Plans are sold by the App Store or Google Play, at the prices shown in the app, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. A period’s credits do not carry over. Refunds are governed by those stores’ terms. Complimentary credits (referrals) may be changed or withdrawn in case of abuse.
5. Job offers
Offers come from third-party sources. We guarantee neither their completeness nor their accuracy.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep Arthur running continuously, without guaranteeing it. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the past twelve months.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here. They are governed by French law.
